HEALTHY COOKING
Did you know that you can substitute sugar by using the equivalent amount of raw honey or coconut sugar, the taste is even better.
When baking never use vanilla sugar, it’s real artificial junk. You can always substitute it with pure vanilla extract.

HEALTHY HOME
Hints and tips for a healthy environment
Do you like a clean fresh house with a healthy smell? I love a fresh clean house washed with healthy smelly detergents. Let me share some ideas with you.
When washing mirrors you can use vinegar and water instead of Windex, it does a great job, and really gives a beautiful shine to the mirrors.
Vinegar and water also cleans beautifully bathroom tiles, counters and floors.
A paste of baking soda and water also cleans tough bathtub spots. You can also use it for any stain anywhere in your house that needs scrubbing.
Or you could mix baking soda, vinegar and water for an all-in-one intensive cleaner.
HEALTHY AIR
Do u like when your room has a good smell? Try this healthy air freshener
Easy Baking Soda Air Freshener
1/2 cup baking soda (per jar)
Essential oil of your preference (8-12 drops)
Mason jar (I love the 8 oz wide mouth Elite Collection for these!)
Pour about 1/2 cup of baking soda into the Mason jar and add in 8-12 drops of essential oil of your choice. Start off by adding less oil and if you find it’s not strong enough to scent your room add in a bit more. A bigger room will need more oil and a smaller room like a bathroom will use less.
You could make one for each room in your house in lots of pretty scents. I personally like Lavender in the bedrooms and cinnamon in the bathrooms but anything goes with this fun project!
Try it you will love it.
HEALTHY SKIN
Castor oil is amazing to use on your skin instead of all moisturizers, it keeps your skin hydrated and full of minerals, your skin will have a nice shine and smoothness. Also, use honey on your skin to dry up all the oily spots; it also takes away wrinkles for a younger appearance.
